Acne And Candida - What’s Really Causing Your Acne?

If you’ve looked into more natural cures for acne, you might have found information about the link between acne and candida. Are pimples causes by candida? That's not entirely accurate. Is candida detrimental to your health?  Again, not exactly.  There’s more to the argument there.

While there is a link between acne and candida, that statement is not making the entire picture clear.  Candida by itself is not bad.  Candida, for anyone who doesn’t know, is a type of yeast that exists in our bloodstream and digestive tract.By its very definition, candida is good for us.  Quite the opposite, it gets rid of excess glucose in our bloodstreams in case everything else that normally regulates that fails.  This prevents us from going blind and/or dying, so I’d say that’s pretty good!  When to much glucose is in the bloodstream, candida swells up and get’s rid of any of the excess.

The problem with candida is that it can take a nasty turn for the worse if it keeps getting rid of excess glucose.Generally, candida will die and go back into remission after a short while when it runs out of food. The real candida problem only occurs when it has a surplus supply of glucose to grow and feed from. The candida keeps feeding and multiplying off the excess glucose, allowing it to release toxins that both help cause breakouts as well as occupying our cleansing organs so they can't do their job.Herein lies the connection between acne and candida.Candida by itself won't cause breakouts, but it certainly can help bring them about or make current breakouts worse.

As I've mentioned before, glucose in our bloodstream is what candida feeds off.Do you know why there is glucose there to begin with?  Sugar!  Not so much natural sugars found in fruits.  I mean refined, white sugar which is nearly a poison to our bodies.White rice and flour should not be left out of this list either. When they enter our systems, they are turned into a substance similar to refined sugar which leeches vitamins and minerals from our bodies. They also cause our pancreas to become overwhelmed, which causes it to make to many hormones in an attempt to deal with the excess glucose. In combination with the candida toxins released when it keeps feeding and you're setting yourself up for acne breakouts.

For the most part, our bodies are pretty hard up as it is.  There is a link between acne and candida, but that is only one aspect that is wrong with our bodies. We must help our bodies regain their natural balance by avoiding the overprocessed diets that we have come to embrace over the years.  Linking acne and candida is only the beginning, you have to pursue a more natural lifestyle to get rid of your acne for good.  Find out more about how to clear yourself at  http://homemadeacneremedy.com/acne-and-candida
